Production Blog: Spooky grounds
Hello Bloggers, we're back once again with another blog. As you all may notice the title already, it sounds creepy because today in this blog we'll be focusing on me and my groups experience filming in the cemetery. The fact that we had to film at a cemetery already gave me the shivers especially since it was going to be night time. As we were driving, we were planning on certain filming that we needed and lines that we had to memorize. Once we arrived we were contemplating if the cemetery was open or not but we saw an opening and we took it. We parked the car in this pathway and hoped out. Looking around made really scared because as I have never been in a cemetery before, it wasn't a nice first experience. Moreover, we began to film as we had Ethan who is the dad walk around with a flashlight and act like he was trying to find something. We had every scene down pretty well and got it done efficiently. The only big issue was the lighting since we had to film at night. Other than that we got everything done pretty quick. The whole time I was just thinking when we were going to leave because of how much bad vibes there was in the area. We packed everything up got in the car and we drove back to the house to make some final touches. We edited the clips that we took at the cemetery and put it all together. It turned out extremely well and I was so proud of our progress and recording. At this point we are around half way through the short film and it's going super smoothly. Our next destination will be recording at Connies house and will be close to wrapping up our film. I am having so much fun working on this project and I can't wait to see what this whole process will turn into. But for that to happen I need all you bloggers to stay tuned and stick till the end. Thank you and have a great rest of your day!
